I ran downstairs and stepped on wet carpet in my laundry room. My cat had pushed the faucet off the countertop and turned it on — probably rubbing on it. The only reason it didn't flood my wood floors, my kitchen, family room, living room, and hallway is because PlumBuddy shut off the water. I would have walked in this morning with a few inches of water across the main floor of my house. I said to my wife, "the goddamn PlumBuddy saved our house."
I installed the Total Protection Pack about a month ago and it has been working perfectly. It's nice knowing the water can shut off automatically if something goes wrong. Definitely worth having installed.
The valve itself feels extremely well built and the sensors were easy to place around the house. Setup didn't take long and everything connected quickly. Overall very happy with the system.

It was easy to install and it works great.
Seems to be a good product. Would like to see more options in app like realtime flow and being able to customize dates so that I could align readings on it with water bill. I’ve had 2 instances where it shut the water off when it didn’t need to, but it was easy to turn back on with the app.
